I.M.A.N.E.E. is a catalyst for Black girl elevation and empowerment. We strive to serve as the intersection of Black girl excellence, healing, and visibility. Through community programming, workshops, and mentorships encourage girls and gender expansive youth to embrace their wholistic excellence, unapologetically.
OUR VISION
Educate: We help educate I.M.A.N.E.E girls in two parts: first about themselves and second, about their opportunities. Through self-esteem and leadership training, our students commit themselves to discover their purpose and what they stand for. Once they are clear about their purpose, we help them discover resources that are available to them in order to accomplish their goals.
Empower: We are dedicated to reinforcing the importance of sisterhood through every program, workshop, and mentor partnership we facilitate. Empowerment is truly successful at I.M.A.N.E.E when our students have realized their individual excellence and can encourage other girls to seek the same.
I.M.A.N.E.E. shares our work with the community through various programs, community service, and peer-to-peer mentoring opportunities for girls between the ages of 10 to 18 years old!
The Shero Brunch is I.M.A.N.E.E. 's signature fundraising program. Women and girls from all walks of life come together for a day of fellowship to honor work being done by trailblazers in our local communities to encourage the next generation of Black female leaders.
Through collaboration with beauty brands and influencers, I.M.A.N.E.E. girls discover that true beauty starts on the inside.

In celebration of the holiday season, we collaborate with public schools and non-profit organizations to bring arts and crafts activities, fellowship, and gifts to the community!
The Y.E.S. Academy facilitates bi-monthly workshops for I.M.A.N.E.E. girls throughout the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT). Each initiative we facilitate focuses on topics such as self-esteem building, personal branding, advocacy, education, and various other matters that ultimately impact the success of Black girls.
You’re invited to host a workshop for I.M.A.N.E.E. girls via the Young Excellence Sisterhood Academy. Meetings are held every 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month.
